Two full weeks of Movement

Surprisingly enough, I could type yesterday. And walk, and work out at the gym, and go to dance class with Ashley Lopez, AND practice some fan spinning.

I'm noticing real improvement with the fans, despite the wobble and dropping.  I can tell I'm more confident, stronger, and faster.  And: I'm determined.  I didn't have to practice them yesterday - I'd already gotten in my 30 and then some - but I didn't want to go three whole days without practicing.  

In the middle of the night I woke up to go pee (YAY for me drinking water) and discovered that my abs were on fire.

I knew it!
These things are way harder than they look.
