I'm not a big fan of crowds, or waiting in line, or being in danger. However, when you want to play with fire toys you often have to put up with all three.
Last night I asked my partner to be my safety so I could practice some fire spinning at home. I'd finally gotten home early enough in the evening that it was light out, so I practiced some fan tosses outside where there isn't a ceiling...and I was so excited to be outside I thought I'd take advantage of the nice weather.
Today I'm pleased to announce that I got in a few minutes of practice, about five bruises, and a couple minor burns. And (and here's the really significant part) I have no intention of putting my fans away and giving up. This burning wound on my hand reminds me that I am a dedicated fire spinner....who has some room for improvement. ;)
Last night I also finished choreographing a piece, learned the first section of a new choreography on Datura Online, and finished a pair of shiny harem pants. I'm just going to leave that info right there. *beaming*
