I've not been doing any "challenges" lately, and in fact, since we left for India I haven't worked out... that's over a month now...
but I've been choreographing a solo performance, which included selecting and mixing together six different songs into a 7.5-minute set, creating a concept, a costume, rehearsing and filming myself. Probably more than an hour a day of run-throughs, a lot of visualization, watching the videos... it's enlightening and empowering to conquer what always seems to be overwhelming.
Push ups and sit ups will be back after Friday, when I perform this gem at the Art of Bellydance at Clinton Street Theater!
